Gordon and I shared a friendship through junior high and high school and we also shared some other common interests. We both liked to waste time in pool halls. We were both boy scouts. We both went to law school. He could be very funny. But...Gord had some of the worst luck of anybody I've ever met, as far as bad things happening to him in life, he had three people's worth of bad luck, it seemed, but I think he was lucky in his family which was a solid loving group.
